As we established that pipe cleaners were very fiddly for the animation that we were trying to achieve, the next material to try out was plasticine. After taking note from the 'morph' animation video that I posted earlier, we were looking to replicate this movement with our plasticine figure.
We used blue tissue paper for the background and creased it up a bit to give the impression of water, however this wasn't as effective as we first thought it would be. However the figure movements do look a bit more realistic now...
